The Call for Papers for the 1st International VIBRAC Conference is open until January 31. 2016.
The keynote speakers have been conducting cutting edge research on the application of vibroacoustic therapy in the treatment of Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s Disease, depression, and Alzheimer’s Disease among others.This recent evidence is not only building on current knowledge, but is viewing and presenting vibroacoustics from an exciting new perspective, thereby helping to mould and develop the field, propelling sound vibration in fascinating new directions.
All vibroacoustic practitioners, healthcare professionals, researchers, and clinicians are invited to submit abstracts proposing oral presentations or workshops as part of the 1st International VIBRAC conference under the theme Multidisciplinary Applications of Vibroacosutic Therapy. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words, written in English, and address the conference theme. Oral presentations should not exceed 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation + 10 minutes for discussion). Workshops will be allocated 60 minute time-slots. In your submission, please specify your mode of presentation (workshop or oral presentation).
Submissions should focus on multidisciplinary applications. This may include clinical work or research-oriented papers, the use of vibroacoustic therapy in various contexts or in different professions and therapeutic settings.The theme is intentionally broad to facilitate a wide range of perspectives and approaches.
